State Route 14 has been closed due to high winds and multiple big rig rollovers.  As a result, Routes 100 and 250 will be impacted: Route 100 will continue to run between Bakersfield and Tehachapi only.  Connections to/from Lancaster will be cancelled. Route 250 is cancelled for the day. Please call 1-800-323-2396 for more information.

Did you know that ALL students ride free on Kern Transit now through June? Simply show your Student ID to the driver when boarding.
