State Route 14 has been closed due to high winds and multiple big rig rollovers.  As a result, Routes 100 and 250 will be impacted: Route 100 will continue to run between Bakersfield and Tehachapi only.  Connections to/from Lancaster will be cancelled. Route 250 is cancelled for the day. Please call 1-800-323-2396 for more information.

Did you know that ALL students ride free on Kern Transit now through June? Simply show your Student ID to the driver when boarding.  

All Kern Transit Services will be CLOSED New Years Day – Sunday, January 1st.  Services will resume on Monday, January 2nd.
